1. Quickly Access Notification Panel Using Gesture on Home Screen
This setup allows you to swiftly access your notification panel by swiping down from anywhere on the home screen. No longer do you need to swipe down from the top as usual.
To set up this action, follow these steps:
Step 1: Press and hold on an empty part of the home screen.
Step 2: Select the Lock screen settings option.
Step 3: Tap the toggle switch next to Swipe down for notification panel.

Note: This gesture only works when you are at the home screen of your phone. If you are in another app, you still need to swipe down from the top as usual.
2. Access Your Notifications Using the Fingerprint Sensor on Your Galaxy Phone
This is a gesture that allows you to swipe down and view the notification panel without touching the screen. To perform this gesture, you need to follow these setup steps:
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your phone.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on Advanced features.
---> Scroll down and tap on Motion and movement.

Step 3: Tap on Finger sensor gestures.
Step 4: Tap the toggle button. When it turns green, you have completed the setup.

Note: This tip applies only if you have a Samsung phone with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, such as Samsung Galaxy A21s, Samsung Galaxy A11, Samsung Galaxy A20s, and similar models. Recent Galaxy phones with an in-display fingerprint sensor like Samsung Galaxy A51, Samsung Galaxy S20 cannot set up this gesture.
3. Enhance notification visibility on the lock screen on your Galaxy phone.
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your phone.
Step 2: Scroll down and select Lock screen
--> Continue scrolling down and tap on Notifications.

Step 4: Press View style. In View style, there are two types: one is Detailed and the other is Icon.
Step 5: Tap on the Details option.

If you want to protect your information, you can choose to hide content. Alternatively, if you want to display content on the lock screen, you can turn off the hide content option.
