Forbes magazine once selected sky dining as one of the most luxurious dining experiences globally, owing to its unique concept and the inspiration it brings to many.
Dinner in the Sky, a trend originating from Belgium, is a cutting-edge phenomenon invented by two entrepreneurs. This trend has now expanded to 15 countries worldwide, including notoriously selective ones like the USA, Canada, Australia, and South Africa. It's truly a one-of-a-kind idea, transforming the dining experience and leaving a lasting impression on participants. That's why many opt for this approach for crucial business meetings, events, birthdays, weddings, and more.

A sky dining table can host up to 22 guests, all securely seated before ascending to a height of about 50-60 meters above ground level. The company behind this unique dining experience has developed its own website and offers insurance coverage for weather risks, along with an infrared heating system if needed. There's a fixed price per guest. 'You feel like you're sitting in a Formula One car, with safety harnesses connecting to the seats, and meticulously prepared food,' said Janeen Hinden, CEO of Las Vegas Sky Dining. Las Vegas, already renowned as the entertainment and culinary capital, further solidifies its reputation with this service.

Within one hour, guests can enjoy wine while savoring either savory or vegetarian dishes, depending on their preference, and capture memorable moments with photos. Most of the food is pre-prepared and heated using a convection oven high above. Three staff members serving food and entertainment add vibrancy to the dining atmosphere. Each guest wanting to partake in this unique experience in Las Vegas will need to spend approximately $290.

Any desired space—whether it's a golf course, public area, racetrack, castle, vineyard, historical site—as long as it has a ground area of about 500 m2, can accommodate sky dining. If necessary, gatherings, conferences can also be customized with banners. To ensure guest safety, the equipment used to create the dining space in the sky conforms to German DIN 4112 standards, under the supervision of TÜV Rheinland.
