Previously, group calls on Skype were limited to 25 participants, but now this number has increased to 50 people, doubling the previous capacity.
Additionally, notifications will continue to ring by default for group calls, which is less intrusive for users compared to displaying prompts and chat join notifications.
Additionally, users can still make 1:1 calls or group calls involving all participating members (as long as there are fewer than 25 invited participants) if they are unable to join the call.
