Snagit is a tool that assists you in capturing screen images and recording user screen videos quickly and simply. Moreover, this tool provides you with a simple image format conversion feature without needing third-party software.
Prerequisites for Installation: To install Snagit, your computer must run Microsoft Windows operating system. Your processor should be at least 2.4GHz, and you need a minimum of 1GB RAM.
Guide to Image Conversion with Snagit Software
Step 1: Launch the Snagit software.
Next, click on the Open the classic capture Windows
Step 2: Then the Snagit classic window will appear. Select Tools.
Select Convert Image.... to access the image format conversion feature.
Step 3: A new window will appear, press Add File.
Then navigate to the folder where the images are stored that you want to convert..Select the file and then press Open.
Press Next to proceed to the next step.
Next, you'll proceed to customize the image file settings.. If you want to customize, click on Modify, otherwise click Next to proceed to the next step.
Step 4: After clicking Next, the system will automatically move to the final step of the format conversion process.
At this step, you select the folder to save the installation file and the image file format you want to convert to.
After making your selections, press Finish.
Once the conversion is complete, the converted image will appear in the Snagit library as shown in the image.
With Snagit, you can easily change image file extensions without the need to install multiple conversion software. This saves users time from switching between various tools and software, while also preserving computer performance.
