National sovereignty is a vital political and legal characteristic of an independent nation, and respecting national sovereignty is a fundamental principle of international law. The issue of national sovereignty inevitably entails the responsibility of the youth. However, the youth alone are not enough. Without the guidance of the Party and the State, the youth may lack a coherent ideological stance on national sovereignty. The younger generation is still inexperienced and lacks clarity, and cannot solely rely on the youth to defeat hostile forces.

In summary, the issue of national sovereignty and its protection is the mission and responsibility of the entire populace under the leadership of the Party and the unified management of the State. Every citizen of Vietnam has a responsibility for the nation's sovereignty, which cannot be delegated to any individual, organization, or group.
