- Calculate the perimeter of shape H by taking half of the circle's perimeter (just obtained) and adding the diameter d = 6.
Answer:
The circumference of the circle with a diameter of 6cm is:
6 x 3.14 = 18.84 (cm)
Half of the circle's circumference is:
18.84 : 2 = 9.42 (cm)
The perimeter of shape H is:
9.42 + 6 = 15.42 (cm)
=> Answer D.
