Statistical Data Table
Solve Exercise 1 Page 95 Math Textbook Grade 3
Problem: a) Observe the statistical data table:
b) Read the table provided in part a and answer the following questions:
- How many crates of strawberry ice cream has the store imported?
- Which type of ice cream crate has the highest import quantity? Which type has the lowest?
- How many crates of each type of ice cream has the store imported?

- The store has imported a total of all types of ice cream crates: 4 + 5 + 3 + 6 = 18 (crates of ice cream)
2. Solve Exercise 2 Page 96 Math Textbook Grade 3
Problem: a) Observe the statistical data table:
b) Read the table above and answer the following questions:
- How many cars passed through the construction site from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.?
- How many cars passed through the construction site from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.?
- At what time period did the most cars pass through the gate?
- At what time period did the least cars pass through the gate?
- At which time period only 6 cars passed through the gate?
Solution Guide:
- Read the data in the table and answer the questions of the problem.
- Compare the number of cars passing through the construction site during different time periods to find the time period with the most and least cars passing through.
Answer:
- There are 12 cars passing through the construction site from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m..
- There are 6 cars passing through the construction site from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m..
- The time period from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. has the most cars passing through the gate.
- The time period from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. has the least cars passing through the gate.
- Only 6 cars passed through the gate from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m..
3. Solve Exercise 3 Page 96 Math Textbook Grade 3
Solve Exercise 4 on Page 97 of Math 3 Textbook.
The North-South railway route, also known as the Reunification railway route, starts from the capital city Hanoi and ends in Ho Chi Minh City.
The table below shows the length of the railway route from Hanoi station to some provinces and cities it passes through.
