In my opinion, children can indeed use technological devices, but instead of misuse, they should use them reasonably and according to their purpose. Because, in my belief, children using technological devices also bring about certain definite benefits:
Firstly, when children are exposed to technological devices, they are provided with expanded learning opportunities. The wealth of knowledge available on the internet can offer young ones fresh insights. Secondly, technological devices also serve as effective means of entertainment for children after strenuous hours of study. Thirdly, when using electronic devices, some children find pleasure in exploring new technological aspects, thereby nurturing a passion for learning and research. This is also a positive indication for guiding their future development.
We can easily perceive the positive aspects of using technological devices. However, we cannot deny the negative impacts that technological devices may have on children. Specifically, they negatively affect health, such as inducing obesity when children spend hours in front of phone screens, having adverse effects on eyesight, leading to depressive disorders... Some young children, due to gaming addiction, experience a decline in academic performance.

Firstly, in reality, many children nowadays spend time on tablets, mobile phones playing games, browsing the web, and engaging in social media, which wastes time and leads to a decline in academic performance, disappointing teachers and parents.
Secondly, many students rely too much on social media, refusing to do homework, resorting to copying answers online, and submitting them to teachers. This leads to a lack of critical thinking and knowledge among students.
