Before delving into the issue, I have a small question for everyone: Do you often read books? How many books do you read each month? As you can see, the rapid development and explosion of electronic devices have brought a lot of excitement to us. We can spend hours scrolling through TikTok, Facebook, but seem to be reluctant to allocate time for reading books. Thus, building a reading culture is a meaningful and necessary issue that serves human life. I know that some of you may think that developing a reading culture is unnecessary, as reading books does not accumulate as much experience as real-life experiences.
From my perspective, building a reading culture is not about chasing quantity, following trends, or fulfilling a duty. Reading, in this context, is about understanding and accumulating knowledge and experience. Instead of approaching mixed and unverified information on social media, you can explore them in books and newspapers. Opening a page of a book will reveal numerous new things that not everyone teaches us.
To further develop and expand the cultivation of a reading culture, relevant authorities should implement specific programs. Additionally, there is a need for continuous improvement, innovation, and updating of book collections. Library management should enhance infrastructure to meet the readers' needs.

Hello, teacher and classmates. I'm Ha Linh. In today's Speaking and Listening class, I'll present my views on the topic 'Respecting Differences.'
Do you understand what 'respecting differences' means? In my opinion, respecting differences is having an accurate and comprehensive view of everyone around us, without showing bias or criticism, and without despising things that go against the majority. However, nowadays, some individuals often judge and believe that being different is 'showing off,' not in line with the traditional customs of the Vietnamese people. But hold on, don't rush to make such one-sided judgments. The world is vast with 7 billion people, equivalent to countless personalities and different life perspectives. Why should we force others to fit into a specific framework, right?
Therefore, each person should learn to perceive and respect differences. To do that, each individual must put themselves in others' shoes to understand and empathize. Instead of criticizing and prying, we should respect the privacy of each person.
After listening to everyone's contributions, I conclude as follows: Respecting differences is a meaningful act, showing respect for others. Everyone should have a more open-minded view of those around them. When giving feedback, we need to contribute with a positive and harmonious attitude, avoiding unnecessary scrutiny. I'm Ngoc Khanh. In today's class, I will share my opinions and perspectives on the topic 'Engaging in Volunteer Activities.'
As we all know, our ancestors have always upheld the tradition of mutual support and charity. Preserving and promoting this beautiful tradition, many individuals and organizations participate in volunteer activities today. These activities have brought material and spiritual values to those in need, such as programs like 'Warm Winter for Children,' 'Turning Towards the Central Region,' and more. It can be said that everyone agrees that volunteer activities are necessary and meaningful. However, some recent issues have changed our perspective on charity. Instances of individuals and organizations exploiting charity for personal gain have surfaced. Moreover, some unscrupulous individuals exploit the vulnerable, such as children and the elderly, for their own benefit.
In my personal opinion, these phenomena are just a few bad apples spoiling the whole barrel. There are still many generous people willing to dip into their own pockets for charity, giving without expecting anything in return. Meaningful trips to impoverished areas are regularly organized. Schools and some publishers often contribute books and supplies... From here, volunteer activities continue to exist in society through various means, don't they?
