2. Best Speech on Vietnamese Women's Day October 20th Number 2
Dear comrades in the school's pedagogical council!
Dear all sisters!
In the spirit of competition celebrating October 20th, joining the joy, excitement, and pride of women of all classes. Today, we solemnly celebrate the commemoration ceremony of the xxth anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Women's Union (20/10/1930 - 20/10/20xx).
I extend greetings and wishes for health, happiness, and success to all female teachers and staff in the school, as well as to our male comrades for their girlfriends, lovers, and wives!
Vietnamese women, in every era, always carry noble qualities bestowed by Uncle Ho: 'Heroic - Indomitable - Virtuous - Capable.' In any capacity, women demonstrate their role, strength, and inherent cleverness.
Recognizing and deeply understanding the role of women, right after the founding of our Party (February 3, 1930), at each historical stage, our Party organized women's organizations with different names, later known as the Vietnam Women's Union, taking October 20, 1930, as the founding day.
Matured within the revolutionary struggle of the nation, Vietnamese women have presented countless shining examples with noble qualities of loyalty to the Motherland, the spirit of courageous sacrifice, and determination to protect the Party and the revolution. The glorious history of the nation's revolutionary struggle is always associated with the history of the Vietnamese women's movement.
Upholding the tradition of Vietnamese women, 'Heroic, Indomitable, Virtuous, Capable,' entering the country's renewal period, under the leadership of the Party, the Vietnam Women's Union has built movements such as 'Women actively studying, creatively working, building happy families'; 'Women excelling in national tasks, ensuring household duties,' etc., which have motivated and attracted a large number of women to participate.
Respected comrades, dear sisters!
There have been numerous poems, writings, music, and artistic works praising the physical beauty, qualities, intelligence, and soul of women. On such a joyful and meaningful day, it would be incomplete if we do not discuss the beauty, explore, and appreciate the virtues and nuances of women in various aspects of life.
Aristotle once said, 'In front of beauty and music, time becomes meaningless.' For women and music together form a beautiful, peaceful, captivating, and noble garden. Indeed, all the mysteries of this world cannot compare to the mystery of women.
Their mystery always captivates, urging men to explore and conquer. Once discovered, they are always shared and felt small before women. Because 'women are always ready to sacrifice if you give them the opportunity, as their forte is selflessness.'
Meanwhile, poet Huu Thinh compares lovers, women to an indispensable factor in this life; without women, everything is desolate. It seems that women are the conductors of life; without them, life does not exist, only a barren, desolate heap.
'You far, and I, the Moon lonely,'
The sun stands alone
The sea still boasts its vastness
Without a sail for a moment... loneliness sets in
The wind, not a whip, but the mountain wall must yield
I'm not the evening that tints you purple
Waves go nowhere if they don't carry me along
Even though the waves have made you
Sway
For her!'
Dear all sisters, dear comrades!
We take great pride in the mothers, sisters, and daughters - the women of Vietnam. They embody 'the three responsibilities, four virtues,' they are 'heroes, indomitable, virtuous, and capable,' shining examples of being 'excellent in state affairs and household duties.'
To continue promoting these virtues and glorious traditions, on this 20th of October, I hope that sisters and comrades alike will reflect on the image of Vietnamese women. First and foremost, let's cherish and honor them; let's show great care and affection towards them; let's affirm together one thing:
Amidst the myriad of life's mundane weathers
Women remain the flowers, the angels of the earth
Even if tomorrow the sun fades away
Call 'woman' the beacon of faith'

Respected teachers!
And all the Youth Union comrades!
The history of the Vietnamese people forever engraves the brilliant imprint of heroic and indomitable women who refused to submit to enemies, resisted a life of slavery, and stood up against foreign invaders to gain freedom. Among them are the Trung Sisters, Trieu Thi Trinh, General Bui Thi Xuan, Nguyen Thi Dinh, Sister Ut Tich, and more.
In their lives, they are soldiers and artists who protect, preserve, and promote the cultural values of the nation. They are not only an endless source of creative inspiration for writers and poets but have also asserted their talents and intelligence on the literary stage, no less than their male counterparts.
Surely, we remember women such as Madame Diem Bich from the Tran Dynasty, Madame Nguyen Thi Lo from the Le Dynasty, who were honored by the King as scholars. Ngo Chi Lan during the reign of King Le Thanh Tong left their mark in history as shining examples of patriotism and compassion for the people. Queens and princesses who, for the sake of their country, forgot themselves, like Queen Duong Van Nga in the 9th century, Queen Pham Thi Ngoc Tran in the 15th century, and Princess Le Ngoc Han in the 18th century.
In the revolutionary struggle, Vietnamese women served as a solid rear for the frontlines. They were resilient and indomitable revolutionary soldiers, guerrilla women, and young female pioneers who opened paths, carried rice, and transported ammunition with unwavering determination. They include Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Vo Thi Sau, Le Thi Hong Gam, Nguyen Thi Dinh, and the heroic martyr, Doctor Dang Thuy Tram.
There are countless silent, modest, and humble women who dedicate themselves to the country, loving their children and husbands dearly. They have endured the hardships of waiting for their loved ones during wartime.
In the current social context with many opportunities, many Vietnamese women have strived to rise above challenges, enrich themselves, and equip new skills to walk alongside the regional and global community.
Our women are becoming more proactive and confident in leadership, management, scientific research, and are dynamic and bold in the market economy.
Women from all walks of life have leveraged their beautiful traditions, making significant contributions across various aspects of social life, playing an essential role in the successful realization of the country's economic and social development goals. Vietnamese women are diligent, intelligent, creative, and resilient workers.
In the production and employment creation movement, many women have showcased their managerial capabilities, overcoming challenges to become successful managers and accomplished business owners. They have received prestigious accolades from the state and societal recognition as Golden Roses.
Our country has outstanding leaders, skilled diplomats, and economic experts who excel both in national affairs and household responsibilities. Notable figures include Nguyen Thi Binh, Truong My Hoa, Pham Chi Lan, Ton Nu Thi Ninh, Tong Thi Phong...
On Vietnamese Women's Day, we express gratitude to all mothers and sisters, wishing them the happiest and most joyful day.

5. The most profound speech on October 20th, number 5
A philosopher once said: 'Without the sun, roses won't bloom' and 'If the deity created women first, then no flowers would have blossomed.'
Women have been the timeless subject of poetry, songs, paintings, and various forms of art... We often say: 'The greatest is a mother's heart.'
Yes! The heart of a woman, the soul of a woman is inherently considered wonders of value in the treasure of human culture. Writer Victor Hugo once remarked: 'Next to the dazzling light of the stars, there is the gentle and mysterious light of a woman's soul.'
Indeed, people cherish women as one would cherish something sacred, something lofty. Enduring the century-long night of war, of unjust feudal regimes, the images of mothers, sisters of the Vietnamese people become even more radiant. They have affirmed their qualities in each period of society.
On this day, no one can deny the significant role of women in various fields. The Party and Uncle Ho bestowed eight golden words upon Vietnamese women: 'Heroic, indomitable, virtuous, capable' during the resistance era, and 'Virtuous, capable, talented, heroic' in the era of national renewal.
Proud of the splendid tradition of the fairer sex, on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day on October 20, speaking about Vietnamese women today undoubtedly affirms: 'The role and status of women in society are increasingly elevated, contributing significantly to overall development in all areas.'
The country will forever be proud of Vietnamese women: 'Competent in national affairs, capable in household chores.' In every aspect, women excellently fulfill their roles, carving a noble and shining image into the nation's history.
Women throughout the ages have revealed different characteristics as demanded by history. I believe that with their inherent qualities of kindness and loyalty in roles as wives, mothers, and sisters, they deserve to be honored as the most beautiful individuals.
In the role of a mother and a wife, all of you are worthy of praise and respect. Behind lesson plans lie numerous concerns about family, children, the duty of kindling the fire, keeping it alive in the family, always reminding each other to dedicate wholeheartedly for your loved ones.
Respected delegates, dear teachers!
October 20 is a long historical story of the struggle for equality and happiness for Vietnamese women. Women themselves have made history on October 20. On this day, I wish all mothers and sisters happiness and overflowing health.
