Over the years, the Women's Union at school has tightly collaborated with the School Union and other departments to effectively carry out all school activities. The practical results have shown significant effectiveness, contributing to building happy families, promoting academic competition, and enhancing the professional competence of female cadres and teachers.
The Women's Union has collaborated with expertise, implementing the movement 'Excellence in School - Responsibility at Home' among female cadres, teachers, and staff of the school, to commend outstanding achievements in teaching, studying to improve professional competence, ensuring family responsibilities, nurturing children, maintaining family happiness, being shining examples worthy of the title of teacher in the new era. In the organization of the School Union, to contribute to creating favorable conditions to help women fulfill their family responsibilities, the Women's Union has played an indispensable role. Under the direct guidance of the School Union organization, the Women's Union is a place to foster close emotional bonds among union members. A well-functioning women's union will be an ideal environment for sisters to express their thoughts, help each other solve family issues from arranging household chores to major concerns, to intimate emotional thoughts. In the school, as the head of the professional team and concurrently the head of the women's union team, I have developed a motto: Always listen, always understand, and gradually overcome obstacles in life to assert oneself.
I propose to the school's professional team to consider incorporating women's union activities at the end of their professional sessions, providing a space for sisters to share experiences and bond. If possible, skillfully steer the conversation towards topics such as relationships with in-laws, parenting, sharing household chores, or simply cooking a meal for the family... These open, natural conversations would likely be very beneficial for sisters, especially amidst the hustle and bustle of women's responsibilities both at home and in society. From your stories and experiences, sisters have the opportunity to enhance their knowledge for better organization of family tasks. Additionally, organizing exchanges and discussions on specific topics as directed by the school's union can provide valuable insights contributing to the implementation of union resolutions.
Actively sharing joys and sorrows, or supporting each other in times of need among union members is essential. Besides sharing facilitated by the school's union, sisters within the union can assist each other in various ways to multiply joy and alleviate half of the sorrows. This support may not require much effort but holds significant spiritual value. You and your family will feel cared for, shared with, thereby gaining more motivation to perform your tasks better. Actions only have meaning when they become habits, routines, and sincere sentiments among members will bridge, tighten emotional bonds stronger than union members, creating conditions to facilitate sisters in fulfilling their role as home builders.
In addition to fulfilling professional duties, it is not only an obligation but also a right of each union member. Under the guidance of the school's leadership, the professional team is where the direction for implementing assigned tasks is built and executed. The activity plan of the team is one of the decisive factors affecting the effectiveness of members' work. To create conditions for members to actively fulfill their assigned tasks, I have developed an activity plan for the professional team focusing on ensuring factors such as: Aligning with the school's activity plan, expertise on a monthly, weekly basis. Assigning tasks suitable for the capabilities of each member. Alongside task assignments according to the plan, there needs to be encouragement, encouragement, urging sisters to be active, self-disciplined in professional work, fulfilling assigned tasks, striving for progress in work.
Determine earnestly and correctly one's role in women's work, especially igniting the movement of 'Excellence in School - Responsibility at Home' among female cadres and teachers at Ly Tu Trong Secondary School. The women's union has closely collaborated with the school's union in all practical activities, bringing about significant effectiveness in both breadth and depth, contributing to building happy families, promoting academic competition, enhancing professional competence, meeting the current societal demands, and advancing the country's socio-economic development.
In today's seminar, I boldly present my thoughts, my work with the hope of contributing to the development of women in general and our school's women in particular.
