Surely, we still remember: Madam Diem Bich of the Tran dynasty, Madam Nguyen Thi Lo of the Le dynasty, who were honored as scholars by the king, Madam Ngo Chi Lan in the reign of King Le Thanh Tong... have left indelible marks on history, shining examples of patriotism and compassion. Education level, professional skills, and social status of women are elevated. Legal rights and interests are increasingly fulfilled; the material, spiritual, and physical well-being of the majority of women is improved. Women from all walks of life have demonstrated their fine traditions, making significant contributions in all areas of social life, playing an important role in achieving the country's economic and social development goals. Vietnamese women are diligent, intelligent, creative, and courageous laborers. Specifically in the fields of Science - Technology - Education: the proportion of female students winning high prizes in national and international competitions is increasing. The female intellectual force is growing rapidly, with many valuable scientific works, highly applicable, bringing great economic benefits. (Female Professors 3.5%, Assoc. Many activities are attracting social support and enthusiastic participation from women of all social strata, such as seminars, competitions, exhibitions, activities honoring the significant contributions of women in the renovation process. Particularly, the issue of 'Gender equality' has become a goal of social development; Gender equality: 'Both a creative role and a central issue of development, is a factor in enhancing the growth potential of each country, eradicating hunger, reducing poverty, and effectively managing the state.' To implement the Global Strategy for Women's Advancement 1995, the Vietnamese Government officially announced the Development Strategy for Women's Progress; The Party Central Committee issued Resolution No. 04-NQ/TW: Renewal and enhancement of women's mobilization in the new situation; In 2006, the Gender Equality Law was passed; The Party Central Committee issued Resolution No. 11-NQ/TW (27/4/2007) 'On women's work in the period of enhancing national industrialization and modernization.' One of the answers that we all know and affirm is: They have succeeded in preserving the moral standards of Vietnamese cultural families - a happy family. Because all the successes, all the glories of each person stem from, are aroused, and nurtured from the family. Those role models are not high and far away but are right next to us, they exist daily. They are the women who are both good producers and know how to care for the happiness of the family. They are women who are good at state affairs and also take care of household chores; they are the pillars; Good internal ministers of cultural, happy families!

Not only fulfilling their civic duties, female officials must also fulfill their roles as wives, mothers, and daughters in the family, with a high responsibility in preserving the traditional cultural values of the nation. In the conditions where life still faces many difficulties and is influenced by the negative side of the market mechanism, women have shown love, responsibility, kindness, sacrifice, understanding, skillful handling of family relationships, family lines, adhering to filial piety, and raising children, providing solid support for their husbands' and children's success in their careers, and nurturing their children to adulthood. They are women who possess all Four Virtues: Talent - Beauty - Eloquence - Virtue, as they say, 'Happiness and virtue stem from the mother, kindness and benevolence stem from the mother,' which is not wrong.

From the inception of our Party, it was made clear that women are vital forces in the revolution and were tasked with liberating both class and gender. On October 20, 1930, the Women's Union was established, under various names to suit different historical periods, yet remained a steadfast organization for Vietnamese women. Through revolutionary periods, the position and role of women were highly esteemed by the Party and President Ho Chi Minh. Uncle Ho once said: 'The strength and beauty of Vietnam's sovereignty come from Vietnamese women, young and old, who weave tirelessly to add more goodness and radiance.' Millions of mothers and wives have overcome all sacrifices and hardships, encouraging their husbands and children to fight, managing both national and household duties, steadfastly producing and fighting. Vietnamese women deserve the golden motto 'Heroic, Indomitable, Industrious, and Responsible,' as well as the world saying 'Without the sun, flowers do not bloom; without women, there is no love; without mothers, there are no heroes.'

Proud of the outstanding tradition of the fairer sex, on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day October 20, when speaking about Vietnamese women today, one thing can be affirmed: 'The role and position of women in society are increasingly elevated and contribute more and more to the general development in all fields.'

Recognizing and deeply understanding the role of women, right after our Party was founded (February 3, 1930), in each historical period, our Party organized women's organizations with different names, later known as the Vietnam Women's Union, with October 20, 1930, as the founding day of the Union.

Growing up in the revolutionary movement of the nation, Vietnamese women have presented many shining examples with noble qualities of loyalty to the Fatherland, spirit of courageous sacrifice, determination to protect the Party, and revolution. The glorious history of the nation's revolutionary struggle is always associated with the history of the Vietnamese women's movement.

Upholding the tradition of Vietnamese women as 'Heroic, Indomitable, Magnanimous, and Capable,' entering the country's renewal process under the leadership of the Party, the Vietnam Women's Union has built movements to encourage 'Women to actively study, work creatively, and build happy families'; 'Women excel in national work and household tasks', etc., which have inspired and attracted a large number of women to participate. On a day as joyful and meaningful as this, it would be incomplete if we did not discuss the beauty of women, explore, and appreciate the virtues and nuances of women in various aspects of life. Aristotle once said: 'Before women and music, time becomes meaningless'. Because women and music are always beautiful, peaceful, attractive, and noble gardens. Indeed, all the mysteries of this world cannot match the mystery of women. Their mystery always attracts, urges men to explore, conquer. When discovered, they are always admired and feel small in front of women. Because 'women are always ready to sacrifice if given the opportunity, as their specialty is to yield'. Throughout the long history of the country, the image of Vietnamese women as 'Heroic - Indomitable - Gracious - Capable' has become a noble symbol. With the favorable economic and social foundation since the early days of renewal, women have increasingly had the conditions to unleash all their inherent abilities and the good qualities nurtured from childhood and passed down through generations.

Over the past XX years, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Vietnam Women's Union has mobilized women from all walks of life to uphold the traditions of the ancestors Bà Trưng, Bà Triệu, to unite, overcome difficulties, achieve many admirable accomplishments in education, labor, activism, and family happiness, contributing to the construction and defense of the socialist Vietnam homeland.

For our sisters in ..., they are exerting all efforts to overcome difficulties, contributing their strength and intelligence to the school and the local community in the work of building and developing the education career. Comrades always strive to fulfill excellently the tasks assigned, becoming outstanding trade union members 'Good at work, responsible at home' as a solid foundation for the family and society; they are shining examples for students to follow.
