New Champions in Speed Up 5.0
Dazzling Heights will introduce three new champions in Speed Up, each with their own unique playstyle!
- Syndra, the Dark Queen, is a formidable Ionia mage with the ability to control horrifying magical forces. She is a long-range burst mage, excelling at controlling battles from a distance and decimating enemies with explosive power.
- Talon, the Night Shadow, is a ruthless assassin from the streets of Noxus, where he must fight, kill, and steal to survive. With high mobility and the ability to throw daggers at will, Talon can silently cut through his foes before being detected.
- Kindred, the Eternal Hunter, represents the two faces of death. Lamb's bow offers a swift escape from the mortal realm for those who accept their fate, while Wolf hunts down those who try to flee, delivering a gruesome finale with his jaws.

Champion Reworks
In the Year of the Ox, Aurelion Sol: Supreme Dragon will receive an entirely new skill set and powerful passive, allowing him to become a destroyer of stars as in his lore.
Wukong: the Monkey King, will now be able to endure longer in combat. His decoy will also persist longer, with the ability to mimic Wukong's Cyclone ultimate.
Yuumi: the Magical Cat, will be adjusted to enhance consistency in how she supports her lane partners, whether she's flying solo or sticking close to them.
Finally, Gragas, the Boozy Brawler, will undergo significant changes with the aim of delivering a smoother gaming experience.

Gameplay Updates
Items
The in-game item system has been adjusted, and players can visit the game's homepage for detailed update notes. Of particular note are the following 3 items:
- Heart of the Colossus, previously from other game modes, has been added to Tốc Chiến, allowing players to accumulate a massive amount of health in each match.
- The new item, Dragon Slayer Axe, grants champions the ability to deal area-of-effect damage to multiple enemies.
- Shojin Spear provides additional movement speed and reduces the cooldown of basic abilities.
This version will also introduce some significant changes to minions. Periodic cannon minions will be replaced by a weaker unit, allowing teammates to switch lanes or transform without excessive concern for their structures. Secondly, instead of attacking the nearest minions, Rift Herald will now charge straight to the enemy turret, providing a more reliable advantage for the team that defeats it.

Terrain
A new wall gap will be added at the Baron Lane. Whether used for creatively setting up ganks or avoiding skill-shot directions, the new terrain will provide players with countless opportunities to outmaneuver their foes.
Beast System
The previous update marked the introduction of the beast system. In this update, players will be able to evolve their Choncc into various forms. Many rewards await the players, so go gather these cheerful companions now!
New Game Modes
Updates for the Arena mode are about to be released, featuring over 20 additions with a dragon theme to welcome the new year and an all-out battle in round 9, where all remaining teams can fight for rewards and experience without losing health.
Fans of special game modes like URF can look forward to an entirely new mix: Combo Clash! In Combo Clash, champions will have a specific period where their skill cooldowns are completely refreshed. Champions relying heavily on basic attacks will have their basic attacks doubled after each fixed period, creating a double-strike effect.
Wild Pass
Veigar Culinary Soul and Renekton Shadow Mist will also debut in Wild Pass as the first and second skin rewards.

Ranked Play
Version 5.0 will officially mark the start of Ranked Season 12. In this season, players can unlock Xin Zhao, the Honorable General, in their Ranked Store. Additionally, there will be a special reward to make the Hall of Legends even more enticing. Stay tuned for the upcoming rewards.
Events
The Radiant Peak update will bring festive events to celebrate Lunar New Year 2024! This Lunar New Year marks the return of dragons, bringing numerous dazzling gifts, including the Lantern Armor skins. In the later stages of the update, players will participate in events celebrating Valentine's Day and Ramadan.
