Step 3:
- Place the sliced pork belly in a large bowl, pour the garlic sauce over it and mix quickly for 30 seconds. Continue to pour the oil sauce into the bowl, mix well with your hands, and wait for about 5 minutes for the meat to absorb the seasoning.
