I really admire the design style of Pug Retro with its vintage cone shape and classic color schemes. There are a total of 5 colors available for everyone to choose from: pearl white, matte black, glossy black, scratched silver, and scratched bronze (I mistakenly mentioned white scratched in the video). The model I'm showcasing is the scratched bronze, which features eye-catching vertical scratches added to the bronze tone.
At the back, there's a section with the brand logo printed, along with a stamped faux leather piece displaying the brand name as well as the ECE standard. Inside, there's a hook, typically used for hanging helmets by the chin strap, which tends to cause scratches. However, with the hook at the back, scratches are minimized effectively.

The Pug Retro hat features a long buckle with a copper-colored metal part. The Bulldog logo is printed on the hat's release lever. Using this buckle is convenient for users and provides higher safety compared to regular snap fasteners.
The inner lining foam is also brown with a block shape and the Bulldog logo printed inside. It seems quite thin to me, not impressively cushioned. I tried pulling the lining foam out with force but couldn't, it seems it can't be removed. If you want to clean it, you can buy a helmet cleaner spray. Alternatively, you can clean it yourself and let it air dry. It's advisable to clean the hat occasionally, or it might develop an unpleasant odor.
This style of helmet screams coolness when paired with a Classic motorcycle. Even on a regular bike, it'll turn heads with its unique flair.
Let me drop a tip for you guys: stick to wearing this half helmet around town or for everyday rides. If you're hitting the road for a long trip, opt for a 3/4 helmet with a visor, or better yet, go for full-face for maximum safety. Personally, I recommend sticking to a 3/4 helmet for city cruising, although I understand some might find it a bit bulky. Hence, this padded half helmet is a solid choice for you.
Yes, the price might be a tad higher than average, but it's a small price to pay for both safety and style, don't you think? Don't skimp on your safety, folks 😁
