How to Standardize Row Height in Excel

The AutoFit feature in Excel, available in versions 2016, 2013, 2010, and 2007, will automatically adjust row height to a reasonable size without requiring extensive manual intervention.
Step 1: First, select all the cells where you want to apply the AutoFit feature in Excel.
Step 2: On the Home tab in Excel, navigate to the Format option located on the right side of the toolbar.

Utilizing line breaks in Excel helps present your data more clearly and professionally. While row height adjustment might seem more challenging than line breaks, you can refer to the guide on Mytour for assistance.
Method 2. Extending rows in Excel based on specific values
This approach is similar to using the Row Height function in Method 1. However, this method can be used across all Excel versions.
Step 1: Select all rows by clicking on the row numbers on the leftmost column.
Step 2: Right-click on any selected row and choose Row Height...
Step 3: In the Row Height dialog box, input the desired size. This value will be applied to all selected rows, ensuring uniformity. Then, click OK to apply the value.
After evenly adjusting row heights in Excel to a specific value, you will observe all rows are uniformly adjusted.
