Recently, in Weekly Shonen Jump #10 released on February 7, 2022, an important announcement was made. The renowned magazine is set to add two completely new manga titles soon! Specifically, the two new works will appear in Weekly Shonen Jump as follows:
Akane Banashi

Author: Yuki Suenaga.
Illustrator: Takamasa Moue.
Release Date: Weekly Shonen Jump #11, February 14, 2022.
This marks the first manga release from Weekly Shonen Jump in 2022, debuting on Valentine's Day, 14 - 02. Described as a manga centered around Rakugo - a famous traditional storytelling form of Japan. As tradition goes, Akane Banashi will grace the cover of Weekly Shonen Jump #11, with a full-color page in its first chapter spanning 54 pages. This manga, highly anticipated by many fans, aims to revive the glory of Rakugo. The storyteller, known as Rakugoka, will play various roles and narrate humorous stories ranging from Edo period Samurai to merchants. This is a traditional Japanese storytelling style.
Chikyu No Ko

Author: Hideo Shinkai.
Release Date: Weekly Shonen Jump #12, February 21, 2022.
Chikyu No Ko is the second manga released by Weekly Shonen Jump in the new year of 2022. Currently, there isn't much information available about this manga. Prior to creating Chikyu No Ko, Hideo Shinkai has introduced a few one-shots and a three-volume series called Light Wing. As the name suggests, this will be a manga about Earth and the adventures of explorers, a genre that has seen considerable success in recent years.

With the introduction of 2 new manga comes the conclusion of several others. Hakaishin Magu-chan will be the first to bid farewell to readers. In Weekly Shonen Jump #10, the final chapter of this series was released. However, readers can expect to encounter Magu-chan again with an 'additional story chapter' spanning 41 pages in the Jump Giga spring 2022 issue. Additionally, Koji Miura's manga Blue Box will feature 2 chapters focusing on Chinatsu and Hina in Weekly Shonen Jump #11.
