- 1 bowl of cold rice
- 30g shiitake mushrooms
- 50g edamame beans
- 50g Dutch beans or lotus seeds
- 1 carrot
- 1 dry onion
- Seasoning powder
- Carrots, peeled and cut into pomegranate-like seeds.

- Dutch beans or lotus seeds, boiled until tender, drained.
- Dried onions, peeled and finely chopped.
- Chilled rice or rice cooked until fluffy left in the refrigerator for about 1 hour will taste better.
Reminder: Avoid leaving rice in the cupboard for too long as it will become hard and stale.

Step 2: Execution
- Sauté dry onions with a touch of vegetable oil.
- Once the onions become fragrant, add the shiitake mushrooms and stir evenly.
