Clean and dry your hands before preparing the baby formulaUse a specialized spoon to measure the required amount of formula, leveling the spoon horizontally, and pour it into a sterilized milk bottle. One spoon is equivalent to 5.44g, which makes 40ml of milk. (For the liquid form, 1 bar is 13.6g, resulting in 100ml of milk when mixed).Use clean household water boiled to about 50°C to prepare the formula. Pour this water into the bottle, filling approximately 2/3 of the required amount.Next, seal the nipple, cap, and gently shake the milk bottle for the formula to dissolve completely.Open the milk bottle, add additional hot water at around 50°C to reach the desired quantity.Seal the nipple, cap, and shake to dissolve the remaining formula.Soak in cold water to cool the milk to body temperature. Tip for checking milk temperature: drop 2-3 drops on the wrist, and if it feels lukewarm, it is suitable for feeding the baby.When the milk is cooled to approximately body temperature, feed the baby immediately. Discard any leftover milk; do not feed it to the baby again.
