1. Creating a Box Note Folder
Click on New > Folder.
Name the Folder, enter the Email address, and click Create to generate the Box Note folder.
You now have a folder within Box Note.
2. Composing Notes
Click on New > Box Note.
Create a name for that Box Note. Press Create to generate.
Immediately, you have a new note. Click to compose information into the note.
3. Embedding Images into Box Note
While composing in Box Note, you can insert images into your note.
Click on the Image icon, choose Add image from computer to upload an image from your computer. Or Add image with a link to use an image from a URL.
Select the image from your computer. Click Open
The image will instantly appear in Box Note.
4. Printing Box Note
To print a newly composed note, simply click on the icon (...), and select Print.
5. Inserting links into notes
To add a link to your note for easy reference and opening when needed, highlight the text you want to link. Choose the chain icon (insert link).
Next, paste the URL link of the website into the empty field.
Click OK to save, and you're done. Now you can access the website by clicking on that specific text.
