2. Execution Steps
Adjust your oil-less fryer to preheat for 15 minutes at 180°C. Line the bottom of the fryer with parchment paper, then arrange the bananas without stacking to ensure even cooking. Cover and set the temperature to 150°C for 5 minutes. Flip the bananas and dry for an additional 5 minutes.
Afterward, lower the temperature to 100°C and dry each side for 10 minutes. Brush each side of the bananas with a layer of honey, then dry for an extra 8 minutes per side. Finally, transfer the dried bananas to a plate for serving.
3. Finished Product
