With 3G network, you can browse, entertain, or work easily, anytime, anywhere without needing Wi-Fi. And in this article, I'll guide you on how to set up 3G, 4G network for your Android phone simply. Read on!
1. Enable mobile data on your phone
Note: The steps to enable mobile data on your phone are quite similar in execution. This guide is demonstrated on an OPPO RENO phone, running Android 10 for example purposes.
Navigate to Settings > Select SIM & Mobile Network > Choose Enable Mobile Data.

Note: For activated 3G, 4G SIM cards, you can simply turn them on for normal usage. If you haven't registered yet, follow the instructions below.
2. Enable network configuration and select the data package from the carrier

Setting up 3G, 4G for Viettel network
Setting up 3G, 4G for Viettel network helps your phone maintain connections with social media sites like Facebook, YouTube,... or access websites quickly when needed.
You can compose a message following the syntax CAUHINH send to 107, if prompted to enter a pin code, type “1111“. Then, Viettel's system will send you a message back, just read it and subscribe to the package that suits you. Remember, after registration, restart your phone for the changes to take effect.

You can compose a message using the syntax GPRS send to 994 or CAIDAT DATA send to 999. Right after, the Mobifone hotline will send a message to your phone, save the Mobifone 3G settings message. If your phone requires a pin code, enter 1111 and press agree. It's advisable to restart your phone for the reset to take effect.

3. How to enable APN for setting up 3G, 4G
If your device can't connect to the network, it may be due to the lack of APN configuration. You can set it up as follows:
