Sticky Notes 3.1 is currently available for Insider users participating in the Skip Ahead testing program within the Fast ring. Other users may expect to receive the update within the next 1 or 2 weeks.
Sticky Notes 3.1 introduces a Dark theme mode with a dark interface.
Today's update is built and developed based on the features available in the release of Sticky Notes 3.0. Specifically, in version 3.0, Microsoft added a beautiful dark mode interface called Charcoal Note. Currently, this dark mode interface is being rolled out on the application.
The most notable feature in Sticky Notes 3.0 is the synchronization support for note content across all Windows devices. Users simply need to sign in to their Microsoft account, and even synchronize this note content on OneNote to view on Android or iOS mobile devices.

If you sign up for Skip Ahead testing on the Fast ring, the Sticky Notes 3.1 update is now available. For users who do not sign up for testing, the update is likely to be available to all users in the coming weeks.
