Sending Batch Messages on Facebook with Codon.vn
Note: To utilize Codon.vn for sending batch messages and taking care of customer interactions on Facebook, you need to log in and link your Fanpage with this tool first. If you're unsure how to do it, check out the article How to Register and Use Codon.vn that Mytour has previously covered.
Step 1: Visit the page https://codon.vn
In the Codon.vn workspace, click on the Send Batch Message in the toolbar.
Step 2: In the workspace of Send Batch Message, click on the Create New Campaign button.
Step 3: On the Create New Campaign screen, you'll find various fields and settings to customize according to your usage needs.
- Campaign Name : Assign a name to the message campaign for easier management and tracking later on.
- Notification: Configure the system notification mode when customers provide feedback on messages.

Step 4: Next, in the section Customer Message Receipt, you will set up the recipients of the message. Here, you will find 2 information fields.
- By Label: Send messages to all users tagged with the same label.
- By Conversation Tag : Send messages to all users tagged with a common conversation tag.
Step 5: In the Content section on the right side of the screen, first, you need to set the sending time for the message.
- Today : Send messages at a specific time of the day.
- Schedule Send : Send messages at a specific time in the future.
In addition, you can also use the Exclude customers in the campaign who have been sent messages before feature. Then, click on the Schedule Tool select a specific time in the future and click Apply .
Finally, input the message content you want to send to users, customers. Codon.vn also provides additional options:
- Insert Image into Content : Add images to the message.
