Selecting a Safe Bunk Bed Structure

The structure of a bunk bed consists of stacking two single beds on top of each other, making the top bunk significantly higher than the ground. For active children without vigilance, falling to the ground is highly probable. Therefore, preventing accidents from above is a top concern for parents:

- Firstly, opt for a bunk bed model that is safe by ensuring the bed frame is made of solid natural wood, designed and constructed securely to prevent shaking and loosening when in use.
Ensure that the spacing between bunks is balanced, and the guardrail on the top bunk is tall and firmly attached to the bed frame. The spacing of the guardrails should be just right to prevent children from slipping through while asleep.

Additionally, mothers should use additional mobile bed restraints. This type of restraint can be quickly installed and removed. With a length of up to 50cm, mothers can sleep peacefully without worrying about their child falling or slipping off.
- Avoid letting the child run and play on the second floor and staircase area.

Do not display too many fragile and heavy items on the second floor area. During sleep, avoid changing positions too frequently and stay close to the inside if the mother does not use specialized bed restraints.
