Navigating Excel data on computers often overwhelms office workers due to its sheer volume and complexity. Despite numerous attempted solutions, effectiveness remains elusive. Below, discover a method to organize Excel data by color, facilitating better file management.
Step 3: Click on Sort By and choose the data column you want to filter. Under Sort On, select Cell Color to sort by background color, or Font Color to sort by text color.
Step 4: In the Order section, select the colored cells you want to sort. Finally, choose On Top or On Bottom to specify where to display these sorted cells. Once done, press OK to finish.
