Step 1: Access the online car registration portal: www.dangkyxe.com by the Ministry of Public Security (Traffic Police Department) here.

On the car registration interface, select Car Registration > Application for Car License Plate.

Step 3: In the following interface, car owners must fill in their details for online car registration. Required information includes: owner's name, specific living address, phone number, and date of issue.

In the vehicle information section, online car registrants must enter details such as: vehicle type, engine number, cylinder capacity, country of manufacture, brand, chassis number, weight, model, etc.

Step 4: After providing all necessary information, the online car registration page will list all the documents needed for users to complete their files before scheduling an appointment with the vehicle registration authority.
