First, download the digital certificate file for the electronic information portal HERE, then follow these steps:

This is the most common SSL error on computers caused by the computer clock not being synchronized with real-time, leading to SSL issues.

Step 1: Select the date and time again
Click on the bottom right corner of your screen where the time is displayed.
Then, click on Change date and time settings

Step 2: Reset Date and Time
