Method 1: Fixing Certificate Errors on Google Chrome
First, download the digital certificate file for the electronic information portal HERE, then follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Chrome browser, select Setting (Image below)
Step 2: Choose Show advanced settings... (Image below)
Step 3: Locate HTTPS/SSL, then Click Manage certificates... (Image below)
Step 4: Switch to the Intermediate Certification Authorities tab and select Import (Image below)
Step 5: Here, choose Next (Image below)
Step 6: Select Browse to locate the downloaded file and choose Next (Image below)
Step 7: Here, Click Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate and then choose Next (Image below)
Step 8: Click Finish (Image below)
Step 9: Click Ok to complete
Afterward, restart the Chrome browser and check the results.
Method 2: Adjusting Computer Clock Settings
This is the most common SSL error on computers caused by the computer clock not being synchronized with real-time, leading to SSL issues.
While many of you may already know how to adjust the date and time on your computer, I'll guide you again for those who are unfamiliar.
Step 1: Select the date and time again
Click on the bottom right corner of your screen where the time is displayed.
Then, click on Change date and time settings
Alternatively, you can right-click on the clock display and choose Adjust date/time. The interface will appear as follows:

Adjust time zone: modify the time zone
Step 2: Reset Date and Time
After clicking on Change date and time settings , the Date and Time interface appears. Choose Internet Time to update the time accurately.
Click OK to complete.
