+ Case 2: Customers who return or exchange BEFORE or AFTER the Tet supermarket closure period (Before January 31, 2022, or after February 3, 2022) will still apply the regular return and exchange policy without any changes (As the supermarket remains open during this time, it does not affect the customer's rights).
Notes on the warranty and return policy during Tet
- Group 2: Customers whose purchase does NOT fall on January 31, 2022, and on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd of February 2022. The return and exchange policy still applies as usual, with no changes.
