Step 1: From the device's home screen, access the Settings app to change settings on the device.

Step 5: Once you have entered the correct SIM PIN that you are using, we can now change this PIN by selecting the Change PIN option.
Step 6: At this point, enter the new PIN and restart the device.
Step 7: Upon restarting the device, you will receive a notification that the SIM is locked. At this point, press Unlock> enter the PIN to use the phone as usual.
Note: If you forget this SIM PIN, immediately contact customer support to get help unlocking this SIM PIN.
