Google Photos, the renowned photo and video storage service by Google, sometimes throws users off with access glitches. But fret not! Here's how to tackle it in 3 simple steps.
1. Check your network connection
The simplest reason for not being able to access Google Photos is your device's network connection or a network error. So, try turning off and on Wi-Fi to reconnect to the internet and then log back into Google Photos.
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Google Photos app
Another approach is to uninstall and reinstall the Google Photos app. This method is quite effective, as uninstalling and reinstalling resets the app. Long-press the Google Photos icon on the home screen > Select Uninstall app and then reinstall it from the store.
3. Reboot your device
Let's take iPhone as an example. Press and hold both the power button and the volume up button simultaneously until the Slide to power off message appears, then swipe to turn off the device. After that, press and hold the power button to restart the device.
