Once there was a happy family with a wife and 3 children. When World War II broke out, Nazi Germany invaded the territory. Xocolop left his homeland to become a brave soldier fighting to defend his homeland and territory. Throughout the fighting, Xocolop was captured and brutally tortured by the enemy, but with resilience and patriotism of a soldier, Xocolop overcame all. On the battlefield, while fighting, Xocolop heard devastating news from his homeland, his wife and two daughters had died from enemy bombs, at this moment his only hope turned to his son Antoni, who was a captain of artillery in the Red Army, but unfortunately, his son sacrificed on the very day the Soviet army achieved victory.
After peace was restored, Xocolop made a living by driving and transporting goods to districts. Once while driving, Xocolop met Vania, an orphaned boy, living as a wanderer. Empathizing with the fate of the boy, Xocolop decided to adopt Vania. From the lonely and pitiful, they leaned on each other, using love to ignite hope in life.
