Dozens of small streams cascade from mountain cliffs, converging into a rocky and sandy basin, creating a naturally beautiful lake in Tra Co, Tan Phu, Dong Nai. This is Suối Mơ, an ideal new tourist spot that many are seeking.
Suối Mơ Park – A Captivating New Destination in Dong Nai
Just about 100km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City, Suối Mơ Park is one of the latest travel destinations attracting young explorers and families looking for a refreshing green space every weekend.
Located in Tra Co commune, Tan Phu district, Dong Nai province, Suối Mơ Park is like a 'sea above the forest' with impressive natural landscapes, clear streams, refreshing waterfalls, and a magnificent bathing area spanning up to 150,000 m².
To reach Suối Mơ, it takes approximately 3 hours by motorcycle from Saigon. Follow this route: Start on QL1 for about 64 km to the Dau Day Intersection, then turn left onto QL 20 towards Da Lat for another 48 km. Pass the 48th column of the People's Committee of Dinh Quan district about 700m, then turn right and go deep inside to reach Suối Mơ.
The spring water here is quite unique, extracted from underground streams. Small rivulets meander through rocky crevices, flowing into a refreshing lake. You can witness beautiful underwater moss formations, unlike cold water treated reservoirs or other streams.
Apart from capturing the breathtaking scenery at Suối Mơ Park, you can also participate in various activities such as camping, BBQ parties, and team-building events.
The entrance fee is 40,000 VND for adults and 30,000 VND for children. Note that outside food and drinks are not allowed. However, inside the park, there are numerous restaurants and stalls serving à la carte dishes, fast food, ice cream, and beverages ranging from 15,000 to 35,000 VND. Main meals vary from 70,000 to 300,000 VND depending on dishes such as hotpot, stir-fry, grilled, and more.
Many young enthusiasts enjoy wading in the streams, touching the cool stones beneath their feet. This natural swimming pool allows you to see the pebbles below, watch fish swim, and indulge in a unique aquatic experience.
Especially, besides bathing in the vast water reservoir, you can engage in fun activities with friends and family such as water biking, sliding on a water bridge, playing water polo, kayaking, or simply relaxing in the sheltered areas.
