Step 1: First, press the Win key and select Settings to access the Windows 11 settings on your computer > Choose System > Scroll down and select Troubleshoot.

Step 2: Next, at the bottom section, click on Other troubleshooters to access additional troubleshooting options.

Step 3: In this section, search for Search and Indexing and click the Run button next to it to initiate the system to fix the issue.

3. Restart Explorer
Step 1: Press the Win key and type Task Manager, then press Enter to launch the tool.

Step 2: Look for the keyword Windows Explorer > Right-click on it and choose Restart to reboot it.
