Similar to the Surface Laptop Go 3, the Surface Laptop Studio 2 maintains the overall design of its predecessor. The machine still boasts a 14.4-inch display with a 3:2 aspect ratio, a 120Hz refresh rate, and support for Dolby Vision technology, ensuring an exceptional viewing experience.

Moreover, Microsoft has added a USB Type-A port and a MicroSD card reader to the device, along with two Thunderbolt 4 ports and Surface Connect. The company has also equipped it with a new Precision Haptic Touchpad, capable of recognizing more hand gestures. However, the battery capacity of this device remains at 58 Wh, consistent with the previous generation.

The company also introduces memory configurations with up to 64 GB of LPDDR5x RAM and a PCIe 4.0 2 TB SSD.
Regarding pricing, Microsoft has announced the following prices for the Surface Laptop Studio 2:
- 16 GB RAM / 512 GB SSD / Intel Xe GPU: $1,999 (approximately 48.6 million VND).
- 16 GB RAM / 512 GB SSD / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GPU: $2,399 (approximately 58.3 million VND).
- 32 GB RAM / 1 TB SSD / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GPU: $2,799 (approximately 68.1 million VND).
- 64 GB RAM / 1 TB SSD / NVIDIA RTX 2000 Ada Generation GPU: $3,599 (approximately 87.5 million VND).
- 64 GB RAM / 2 TB SSD / NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 GPU: $3,699 (approximately 90 million VND).
