1. Quick Guide: Open VNeID app => Log in => Account => Account Information => Edit and Update.

Step 1: Begin by downloading and installing the latest version of VNEID.

Step 2: Open the VNeID application, log in with your National ID Card (CCCD) and Password.
Step 3: On the main interface, click Account at the bottom right of the screen.

- Note: Currently, to ensure information accuracy, personal identification numbers/National ID Cards declared by individuals can only be changed once. Review thoroughly before making changes or edits to your VNEID account information.

Currently, each phone number can only be linked to one electronic identification account, and vice versa; each electronic identification account will only be associated with one phone number. To change the phone number on a level 2 electronic identification account, follow the instructions below.
