Instructions:
– Clean the salmon, soak it in unsweetened fresh milk, diluted salt water, or lime juice for about 2 – 3 minutes to reduce the fishy taste. Then marinate the fish with a teaspoon of salt and finely ground pepper for about 10 minutes to absorb the seasoning.
– Cut passion fruits in half, scoop out the pulp and strain through a sieve, take 1 tablespoon of seeds and add to the strained passion fruit juice. Then, pour the passion fruit juice into a saucepan, set over low heat, add 5 tablespoons of sugar, half a teaspoon of salt, 25g of unsalted butter, stir well by hand and taste to adjust. Then, bring the mixture to a simmer until slightly thickened to get passion fruit sauce.

Ingredients:
– 500g salmon fillet
– Fresh garlic: 5 cloves
– Pineapple: ½ fruit
– Seasonings: pepper, salt, cooking oil, cornstarch, butter, parsley, fresh lemon, honey …

Instructions:
– Salmon wash thoroughly, then pat dry with a clean cloth, marinate with 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, a little salt, pepper, lime juice, chicken stock powder then rub evenly on both sides of the fish for about 10 minutes.
– While waiting for the fish to marinate, prepare the sauce mixture, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, cornstarch, water, lime juice in a bowl and stir well to dissolve.

Ingredients:
– 500g salmon fillet pieces
– Watercress, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 red onion, 2 avocados, 1 bell pepper
– Seasonings: garlic salt, black pepper, olive oil, garlic, scallions…
Instructions:
– Wash the vegetables, cut into square pieces, marinate with salt, lime juice, sugar. Dry onions, scallions, garlic, peppers peel, finely chop.

– Salmon head

Instructions:
– When you buy salmon, clean it with salt and a little white wine to remove the fishy smell, then rinse with clean water, drain. Cut the salmon head into 4 small pieces, this will make the soup sweeter.
– Cut the edamame diagonally, slice the star fruit thinly, and cut the tomatoes into wedges.
