Switch up your weekend dinner with an easy-to-make stir-fried rice noodle dish
Ingredients:
– 200g dried rice noodles
– 100g pork
– 100g shrimp
– 1 carrot
– 1 onion

Prepare the ingredients:
– Finely chop garlic, spring onions, and cilantro.
– Clean pork, then slice thinly, marinate with 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, ½ teaspoon of sugar, and a bit of minced garlic.
– Clean shrimp, remove heads and peel, then marinate with 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder.

– Soak rice noodles in warm water for 5 minutes until soft, then drain.
– Cut carrots into long strips. Slice onions into wedges.
