How to Prepare Stir-Fried Vegetable Noodles
Preparing the Ingredients:
– Clean the pork, cut into bite-sized pieces.
– Peel and cut carrots into thin strips. Wash and drain bok choy.
– Rinse bean sprouts and spring onions under clean water. Then cut spring onions into small pieces about 2 – 3cm long, leave the bean sprouts whole.
– Blanch the rice noodles briefly in hot water with a little cooking oil.

Steps to Cook Stir-Fried Vegetable Noodles
– Heat oil in a pan, then sauté garlic until fragrant. Once the garlic is evenly golden, add the rice noodles and stir-fry until firm. Transfer to a separate plate.
– Heat more oil and continue sautéing garlic. Then add the mixture of bok choy, carrots into the pan. Season with spices to taste. Add spring onions, stir well, and turn off the heat.
– Pour the mixture over the pre-prepared rice noodles. Sprinkle with a little pepper, garnish with carrot flowers (if available) to make it visually appealing. It only takes about 20 minutes to complete the delicious stir-fried vegetable noodle dish to treat your whole family.
