Ingredients:
– 140g dry vermicelli noodles
– 100g minced beef
– Sweet cabbage: 60g
– Carrots: 100g
– Chicken mushrooms: 60g
– Tofu: 1 piece
– Seasonings: cooking oil, soy sauce, MSG powder…
Preparing Ingredients for Stir-Fried Vegetable Noodles:
– Soak dry noodles in water for about 10 minutes, then drain well
– Clean and julienne carrots, sweet cabbage, and chicken mushrooms
– Lightly fry tofu until evenly golden on both sides, then slice
Steps to Make Stir-Fried Vegetable Noodles:
Step 1: Stir-fry the vegetables
Heat a pan on the stove, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, then stir-fry carrots and sweet cabbage in sequence until slightly tender. Add diced pork, stir well, season with 1 teaspoon of bouillon powder and 1 teaspoon of pepper.
