1. Overview of Taskade
Taskade provides a unified team workspace where you and your team can find all necessary tools, collaborate efficiently, and complete tasks together swiftly without being limited by distance.
Taskade aids remote team collaboration effectively, ensuring accurate real-time synchronization of progress and workflow. Each team member can easily communicate through features like messaging or unlimited-member online meetings. Users can install and use the Taskade task management app on most popular device platforms such as web, desktop, and mobile.
2. Installation and Usage Guide for Taskade
Step 1: Click on the link to download the Taskade app to your device:
Step 2: Open the Taskade app on your device and choose the account creation method:
+ Sign up with Email: Register with your email
+ Continue with Google: Log in instantly via Gmail
+ Continue with Apple: Log in through your Apple account
In this example, Mytour selects Continue with Google and then clicks Continue in the notification window.
Step 3: Click Allow to consent to Taskade's notification request.
Step 4: In the main workspace window, click the New Workspace button to create a new project.
Step 5: On the Create a Workspace screen, enter the Project Name and choose the Color, then click Next.
Step 6: Click Invite people to invite additional users to the group. Click Done to proceed to the next step.
Step 7: Click on the Pencil icon below the screen to add tasks.
Step 8: Choose a specific task type. In this example, Mytour selects Daily Task (Daily Work).
Step 9: Enter specific content in the fields, including:
+ Important: Critical
+ Todo: To-do
+ Note: Noteworthy notes
This completes the successful creation of a project on Taskade. To create subtasks or sub-missions within the created project, return to the main screen and click the plus icon next to the project name as illustrated below.
