Clean the sea crabs thoroughly by scrubbing them to ensure all dirt is removed, then rinse with water and let drain.
Peel and finely chop the purple onions after washing them thoroughly.
Similarly, remove any wilted leaves from the spring onions, coriander, and basil, wash them clean, and thinly slice them.
Soak the raw clams and banana blossoms in diluted saltwater, then drain and arrange on a plate.
Clean and core the tomatoes.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, then fry until golden brown on all sides, and transfer to a plate.
