The following compositions will help Teamfight Tactics players earn a lot of points in the new patch.
Jade Dragons
After being significantly weakened in patch 12.13 of Teamfight Tactics, Shi Oh Yu and the Jade Dragons composition in general became extremely weak and fell out of favor. However, with the introduction of patch 12.14, everything has changed drastically. The Jade Dragons composition is now among the most contested, with a staggering 61.2% win rate for climbing ranks. This makes Jade Dragons the best composition for climbing ranks currently.

This change stems from Shi Oh Yu receiving substantial power increases at 1 and 2-star levels with the basic SMCK and the interaction rate with this stat from abilities being increased. As a result, having Shi Oh Yu early will provide you with a very strong carry and effective gold income. This allows players to have more gold and additional late-game options such as using 3-star Anivia, Yasuo, Bard to finish the game or transitioning to play Ao Shin, Aurelion Sol at level 9.
Superior Dragons - Sorcerers
Version 12.14 brings about a plethora of significant changes aimed at physical powerhouses, with the biggest victims undoubtedly being the Assassins. Even the nerf to Olaf has made this playstyle much worse in version 12.14, so compositions heavily relying on backline units will find it much easier. A prime example is the Superior - Mage lineup, where most pieces are long-range champions.

Essentially, the Superior - Mage playstyle in version 12.14 will capitalize on Aurelion Sol's immense damage output to secure victories. Thus, reaching the 6 Superior mark is crucial to maximizing skill damage. Meanwhile, Mages serve as support with Nami providing healing while Sylas and Vladimir play defensive roles. A small note is to utilize Lulu when playing this composition to enhance crowd control and energy for Aurelion Sol.
Mystic Dragon - Knights
If you've ever used this composition, you'll know that Daeja is the sole backline champion of the lineup. Therefore, when facing Assassin players, your carries are very susceptible to early takedowns and suffer from serious damage deficiencies. However, with the release of version 12.14, this is no longer the case because, as mentioned earlier, Assassin champions have been heavily nerfed, allowing Daeja to survive in the current meta.

Furthermore, a series of powerful Mystic Dragon variations like Blade Master or Spellblade have been strengthened, making Daeja and other carries extremely robust. Remember that in previous patches, Mystic Dragon struggled with significant power discrepancies between variations when General, and Duelist were overwhelmingly strong. However, this has been partially addressed, making Mystic Dragon a formidable lineup in most matches.
