The first update of 2022 for Teamfight Tactics requires adjustments for the following classes and origins.
Chemtech
Since its complete overhaul in patch 11.24, Chemtech has consistently been among the strongest team compositions in Teamfight Tactics. The dominance of this team comp lies in the devastating Chemical trait rework, providing immense damage output for the backline carry Urgot. The increased attack speed synergizes incredibly well with Statikk Shiv and amplifies the team's damage output. This dominance is further heightened with the acquisition of Nok's Herald.

To diminish the power of the Chemtech composition, Riot may need to slightly nerf the attack speed bonus at the 5-unit breakpoint. Additionally, the magic resist reduction from Statikk Shiv should be toned down to prevent excessive damage and synergize less effectively with other units like Zac and Lissandra. If Riot implements such adjustments, the Chemtech composition will become much more balanced compared to its current state.
Cultist
Lately, the Celestial trait has been dominating the ranks in Teamfight Tactics, asserting its dominance in every tier. It's safe to say that Celestial is currently the undisputed king of traits in the game. Even though the appearance of Celestial champions is highly random, countering them is manageable by employing key champions like Galio, Akali, and Kai'Sa, as they are versatile and can be positioned anywhere on the battlefield.

If Riot intends to nerf the Celestial trait, they should consider reducing the additional stats provided by Celestial champions, especially at the 3-champion threshold. It's worth noting that champions like Taric and Seraphine already possess strong healing capabilities, and the 30% full healing from 3 Celestial champions is excessively high. Additionally, Riot could explore nerfing Seraphine's healing ability or reducing Galio's damage output to make these units less oppressive.
Artificer
In terms of annoyance factor, Artificer ranks just below Celestial in the current meta. The power of Artificer lies in its compatibility with a wide range of team compositions, allowing players to pivot easily. Janna and Taric are prime examples of this, as they can activate numerous traits, providing substantial power to players. Combined with their strong healing capabilities, Artificer becomes even more frustrating to deal with.

One effective approach that Riot could consider to balance the Artificer trait is to reduce the magic resist and health/shield buff abilities. This adjustment would create an opportunity for Sorcerer compositions to return to the meta, increasing game diversity. Additionally, slight nerfs to Janna and Taric's healing stats (around 50-100 points at 2-star level) would reduce their absolute shielding capabilities.
