Essentially, the anti-spoiler feature on Telegram is a unique text formatting option used to hide sensitive messages, displaying or skipping messages entirely based on context.
Telegram introduces new feature to prevent message exposure
While sending a message, users can long-press it to bring up the formatting menu. Here, they can find and select the new Spoiler option, which creates a pixel when users hit the send button on Telegram. Marked messages will appear in a blurred format until users choose to reveal the entire content.

This message format is originally available as the Invisible Ink effect in the Messages app on iOS devices. Android users may have to wait until Telegram officially releases it for experience and use.
