Among the features packed in the Telegram update, the most notable is the ability to hide message content in chats. Users simply need to long-press the message they want to hide, then select Spoiler from the menu displayed on the screen before sending the message. The marked message will appear blurred until the other party presses to reveal the full content.

In other news, Telegram has also rolled out and added a new text translation feature. This feature works on all Android devices, with iOS devices requiring iOS 15 or later.

In addition, there are also emoticons, message reaction emojis, inspired by iMessage. On iOS devices, users long-press the message they want to react to and then select any emoji to interact.
Furthermore, if you wish to change these default emoticons and emojis, on the Android app, users can access the Chat Settings and Stickers and Emoji section within the app settings for iOS.
By default, the message reply feature is activated in private chats. Channel admins and groups can enable/disable this feature for members.
Users can activate the text translation feature in the app by accessing Settings => Language => and enabling the Translate feature. This action adds a translate button to the context menu. The number of languages supported by Telegram depends on the user's operating system.
Additionally, users can now create QR codes for anyone with a public username as well as bots, groups, and channels, and customize by selecting the QR code icon next to the username, choosing any color as well as a template before sharing this QR code. Users can find their own QR code in the Settings section.
The Telegram app for macOS has also redesigned the context menu with new shortcut hints and dynamic emoticons. The app will display fullscreen effects in 1:1 chats when users send certain emoticons.
Earlier this year, Telegram introduced a group video calling feature and several other useful functionalities such as blocking users from taking screenshots during group chats and unlimited viewer live streams.
