The Terminal 2 passenger terminal at Phu Bai Airport (Hue) commenced construction in December 2019. The terminal is designed with a unique Hue imperial architecture style.

- The mezzanine floor houses airline offices, resting rooms, restroom areas.
- The 2nd floor features the departure hall, check-in area, security control, departure lounge, VIP lounge, offices, service areas, restroom facilities.
