To format text, follow these steps:
Step 1: Highlight the text you want to format -> Go to the Home -> Paragraph -> click on the arrow:

Step 2: Dialog box Paragraph appears:
- General Section:
+ Alignment: Adjust text alignment: Left, Right…
+ Outline Level: the level of the paragraph, for example, choose Body Text to define the paragraph as body text, or choose others like headings.

- Indentation Section:
+ Left, Right: Determine the distance of the paragraph from the left and right margins
+ Special: Determine the type of paragraph indentation, for example, choose First line to indent the first line of the paragraph.
+ By: Indentation distance, for example, here choose 0.5 points.

- Spacing Section: Format the spacing between lines.
+ Before: Space between the first line of the paragraph and the preceding paragraph.
+ After: Space between the last line of the paragraph and the next paragraph.
+ Line Spacing: Space between lines within the same paragraph:
Line Spacing = Single: Represents a single unit of line spacing.
Line Spacing = 1.5 Line: Multiplies line spacing by 1.5 times.
Line Spacing = Multiple: Spacing is multiplied by n times the single line spacing value, where n is the value in the At. section.
+ At: Numeric value indicating the spacing between lines within the same paragraph.

- Finally, click OK to complete the text formatting process.
