Lineup
To maximize the power of Moonlight Sharpshooter, we need to activate the maximum traits of both Targon and Sharpshooter. Although this is a challenging task, with the assistance of the Legendary Urf, things seem to be a bit easier. The Targon Sharpshooters composition at level 8 will include champions: Graves, Jinx, Soraka, Jayce, Taric, Aphelios, Shen, and finally, Gangplank.
Equipment
In addition to the Guinsoo's Rageblade for the Targon faction, Aphelios also needs additional damage from Infinity Edge and a bit of strength from Death's Dance to penetrate the opponent's defenses.
