The annoyance of Kled
In season 9, the Yordle and Noxus races seemed highly compatible in team composition. Firstly, Kled possesses both of these races, then players can achieve the Warlord effect with Swain and Teemo. Moreover, experts have discovered the Shop Rotation strategy at level 6 to upgrade Kled, Zed, Swain to the highest level and secure easy victories.
Building a team around Kled

Regarding Legendary options, Lee Sin with supportive cores for Shop rotation will be the top choice for this team composition. Additionally, Technology Cores providing Seals, Heart of the Assassin are also excellent choices to supplement damage for Kled. For equipment, Kled will require Bloodthirster, Giant Slayer, and Last Whisper.
